    For Coyote swap customers utilizing the PBH Coyote Swap accessory bracket kit with 11-up GT/Boss alternator you must run a clutchless pulley. All manual transmission cars and FRPP Boss alternator kits come with a clutch style pulley. Trying to use this setup with PBH brackets will result in an alternator that spins but does not charge. These pulleys are machined out of aluminum and also are much lighter than stock. All pulleys are anodized black.

    PBH has put together the fitting an oring combo to help convert your 4.6L Mustang Power Steering pump to -6 an on the high pressure side. This fitting is a perfect fit for Coyote swaps using our bracket kit or any 4.6L or 5.4L Mustang that is doing custom high pressure hoses for power steering. The fitting is a direct fit to the 96-2010 Mustang GT Power Steering pump and comes complete with o-ring. Simply install on pump and fabricate needed lines to complete the job.

What we are offering here is the compatible timing cover to be used with our Coyote Swap Accessory Drive Bracket kits already machined for clearance and installation.     Now available from PBH for Coyote Swap builds are starter shims. These shims can be used to align the starter engagement to the flywheel. Typically the clearances on aftermarket bell housings are a little off and the starter can get stuck due to over engagement. Typically you would use washers to shim the starter out to correct the issue but washers tend to be different thicknesses and can rattle when loose. We designed our shims to be even all the way around to give the starter motor an even surface to mount to. They are sold in a kit with one .060 and one .080 shim included. *works on all modular ford starter motors

    One of the items that has to be custom mounted when doing a Coyote swap is the Throttle Pedal. The pedal unit that comes with the FRPP Controls Pack and from stock donor vehicles is just not easily adapted to the firewall of earlier cars.No problem with Scram Speed's pedal adaptor. It is designed to install the pedal at the proper angle and turns a cumbersome fabrication job into a direct bolt-in. You can now easily mount the throttle pedal and move on to the next step in completing the swap. Don't settle for a cast imitation. Scram Speed's bracket is the original that the others copy!! It is made from 6061-T6 billet aluminum, and is superior to all competing designs. You can see from the photo above how much more contact our bracket has with the pedal assembly than the existing products, making for a firm foundation for mounting your pedal. Additionally, the base plate is thicker for even more rigidity and mounts the throttle pedal closer to the stock location. Some trimming of the pedal bracket will be necessary for installation. Both sides are unique to the engine and provide a finished look to any engine bay. All custom machined plates take 7-10 days to ship out. Blank anodized plates ship the day of your order.     This Vacuum Port is designed to replace the oem tube found behind the throttle body that the passenger side pcv hose connects to on 2011-2017 Mustang GT's. In custom and performance installations when we a breather style catch can is used this tube is left on the manifold where typically a rubber cap is placed upon it making it unsightly and a potential vacuum leak. This plug can be used to block off the vacuum port or use it for a reference for boosted applications. All ports come with a 1/8npt plug, 1/4" barbed nipple, and new oring.     When using our Powertrain Control Pack's or harnesses you will have a direct speedometer signal blunt lead. These blunt lead's will provide the factory speedometer signal which does not work direct on any aftermarket or even older oem instrument clusters. The signal needs to be converted to whatever the present speedometer gauge uses for its reading. Dakota Digital offers this box and it makes the conversion really easy which is why we offer it. Input the oem signal from the harness and adapt it to whatever your gauge needs to get the speedometer working perfect. From the Manufacturer: The Universal Signal Interface Unit can handle nearly all of your electric speedometer signal conversion and calibration issues. It can recalibrate a 2,000 pulse per mile (ppm) through 250,000ppm electronic speedometer pulse rates, either up or down. It is great for adjusting aftermarket and OEM electric speedometers on vehicles after changing rear end gears, tire sizes, or drivetrain changes affecting the speedometer. The converter is used as either a signal multiplier (up to 16X) or signal divider (up to 125X), making this unit extremely flexible for almost any application. While the converter is intended to correct only the signal feeding the electronic speedometer, in many cases where a speed signal is shared or on a databus, the box can instead correct the signal feeding the engine and transmission computers. For even greater flexibility, it allows multiplication up to 16x, taking an 8,000 ppm signal and converting to a 128,000ppm output, and includes a regulated 5V sensor output, allowing use of the Dakota Digital SEN-01-5 speed sensor. A built-in LED display and pushbutton switches simplify setup and calibration. **** If your vehicle is equipped with an anti-lock braking system (ABS), it is advised to ensure the signal reaching the ABS controller is not altered to eliminate any potential problems affecting control algorithms within the system. Some vehicles also utilize the output shaft speed to calculate transmission slip and lock-up. When a signal feeding the PCM is altered, this may cause the PCM to detect a constant slip. Consulting a service manual may be of assistance in determining the signal routing within the vehicle if the SGI-5 is decided to be used in a situation such as this. *** Unit measures 4" x 2" x 1" and is designed to be mounted inside a vehicle.     Now from PBH is a Harmonic Balancer kit for use with our Coyote Swap Accessory drive. Our bracket kit is compatible with 2011-up 5.0L Coyote engines from the Mustang. Unfortunately Ford made some changes to the F150 timing cover making it incompatible with the PBH brackets.  The items that are needed to make it compatible are as follows. The timing cover, Alternator, and Harmonic Balancer. Some F150's had a 4 rib belt drive, if your donor vehicle had this, then you will need this balancer. If your F150 Coyote engine has both 6 rib grooves on the balancer, then you are good to go and will not need this item. Before ordering, visually check yours to ensure it is needed. If you are unsure, just snap a photo and email it to us Sales@pbhperformance.com *Balancer kit comes with replacement oem crank bolt. It must be changed due to it being one time use.
